This how to guide will show you how to use the filter feature in the Trucker Tools app.

Our filter is available throughout some of the most popular tools on the app, such as finding/booking loads, truck stop guide, weigh scales, rest areas, Walmart locations and others.

In this blog, you will learn how to navigate the filter feature when looking for loads or truck stops.

Step 1

To filter loads, click on the loads icon in the explore tab on the opening screen.

Step 2

Click on the filter tab on the bottom panel of your screen.

You are able to filter by:

  • Distance from your location
  • Number of reloads available at the destination of the load
  • Loads from specific brokers
  • Equipment type needed for the load
  • Destination of the load
  • By the weight of the load

Step 3

Click on the drop down for your preferred option to set your filters.

For example, to filter based on equipment type, click on the “equipments” drop down.

Then turn off the switch next to any equipment type you do not want to see loads for.

Step 4

To filter based on distance, press the drop down for distance then slide the red dot to the maximum distance from your current location that you are willing to travel for a load.

Step 5

Once you’ve entered all the filters you’d like, select the list icon on the bottom panel of your screen to return to the list of loads.

The list now shows loads with your preferred filters.

Step 6

To filter the Truck Stop Guide, click on the explore tab on the bottom panel of your screen.

Step 7

Click the Truck Stop Guide icon.

Step 8

Select the filter tab on the bottom panel of your screen.

Here you can filter loads based on truck stop type, amenities, distance, and diesel price.

Step 9

To filter based on truck stop type, turn off the switch next to any of the truck stops you don’t want to include.

Step 10

To filter based on truck stops with certain amenities, click on the drop down for amenities then turn on the switch next to amenities you want to see at the truck stop.

Step 11

Once you’ve added your preferred filters, select the list icon on the bottom panel of your screen to return to the list of truck stops.

The list will now show truck stops where those amenities are available.
