On Tuesday of this week, FreightWaves reported that first quarter earnings for truckload carriers shows that growth for the entire year could be substantial. Some analysts are predicting that tight capacity, especially for reefer and flatbed, could continue well into 2022.

In this Friday edition of Trucker Tools’ “Where’s the Freight?,” once again Texarkana, Texas, is projected to be the hottest freight market in the country in the coming week. According to FreightWaves SONAR signal data, this market favors truckers and carriers by a ratio of three to one. Also of note in today’s “Where’s the Freight?” is the appearance of Fort Wayne, Ind., on our top five hottest markets list. Fort Wayne is projected to be the top power only market for truckers over the course of the next five to seven days. For more insights into which markets will be hot and cold in the coming week, check out the rest of today’s “Where’s the Freight?” below.
