All of us here at Trucker Tools are excited to announce our new awards program that will recognize Trucker Tools’ customers of all sizes. The certifications and prizes for these awards will be sent to our winning customers on an annual basis, recognizing freight brokers and 3PLs like you for the number of loads you’ve tracked and booked, your visibility compliance rates and successful Book It Now’s®. Each year after the second quarter has ended, we’ll publish a blog on our website to announce front runners for each category so that you know where to focus your efforts during the remainder of the year.
Read on to learn more about our new awards program, how we calculate the awards in each category and who’s currently leading the pack in each category.
Platinum Trucker Tools Partner Award
In order to be named a Platinum Trucker Tools Partner, you’ll be required to post at least 5,000 loads/month to our Smart Capacity platform and achieve one of these goals: book the most loads through Smart Capacity, book the most Book It Now® loads through Smart Capacity, digitally track the most loads OR achieve the highest visibility compliance rate.
Diamond Trucker Tools Partner Award
To earn Diamond Trucker Tools Partner status, you’ll need to post between 3,000 and 4,999 loads/month to our Smart Capacity platform and achieve one of these goals: book the most loads through Smart Capacity, digitally track the most loads OR achieve the highest visibility compliance rate.
Gold Trucker Tools Partner Award
For Gold Trucker Tools Partner status, you must post between 500 and 2,999 loads/month to our Smart Capacity platform and: book the most loads through Smart Capacity, digitally track the most loads OR achieve the highest visibility compliance rate.
Visibility Compliance Awards
We’ll also continue to recognize those freight brokers and logistics providers who are continuously achieving 80-90% visibility compliance month over month. You’ll receive a 90 percent visibility compliance certificate for achieving an average visibility compliance rate of 90 percent or higher for the year. If your average visibility compliance rate for the year is between 80 and 89 percent, you’ll receive an 80 percent visibility compliance certificate.
