Share it:

Happy Friday, truckers and carriers, and welcome to your Friday edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” Trucker Tools’ free market report that helps you maximize your profits by forecasting where demand for capacity will be highest and lowest in the coming week.

In this end-of-week edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” you’ll notice that once again, Texarkana, Texas, claims two spots in our Top Five Hottest Markets list, including the number one spot. In the coming week, you can expect to see reefer demand remain high in beef and produce markets across the Southern U.S., while power only demand is projected to be on the upswing in distribution markets on both the East and West Coasts. If you run dry van, you’ll want to avoid accepting loads into Huntington, W. Va., this week, as dry van rates and backhaul opportunities likely will be very low in the area. This week, you also can expect demand for flatbed capacity to increase to/from Southwestern Ontario, one of Canada’s largest manufacturing and technology hubs that also accounts for nearly 40 percent of Canada’s GDP.

To discover where you stand to make the highest profits over the next five to seven day period, scroll down to read this Friday edition of Trucker Tools’ “Where’s the Freight?”

Have a great weekend, everyone!
