Trucker Tools Free Freight Forecast

Welcome to the Wednesday edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” Trucker Tools’ free freight forecast for owner operators and carriers. In this and every edition of our free freight forecast, you’ll learn where demand for flatbed, reefer, power only and dry van capacity will be high and low over the next five to seven day period.

In the coming week, North Platte, Neb., is projected to be the hottest freight market across the United States and Canada, snagging the number one spot in today’s Top Five Hottest Markets list. This week, demand for power only capacity is expected to increase in several other regions as well, including San Antonio, Savannah, Ga., and Richmond, Va. If you run reefer loads, you’ll want to prioritize loads inbound to and outbound from Texarkana, Texas, and Jonesboro, Ark., this week as demand is expected to be high in both markets.
