Q3 2022 Update from Kary Jablonski, Trucker Tools’ CEO

Happy summer/almost fall! At Trucker Tools, we are enjoying the warmth by celebrating our record-breaking second quarter and looking forward to a number of product releases in September. I’m proud of how our team is weathering a changing freight market with tenacity and compassion, working closely with our customers to understand what’s important to them and accelerating the digital transformation of freight.

Driver Loyalty Program

We announced the launch of our Driver Loyalty Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative, at the FreightWaves Small Fleet and Owner Operator Summit in June. The program enables brokers to improve driver retention and reward digital behaviors by providing a monetary benefit – TruckerPoints, redeemable for digital gift cards at 200+ major U.S. retailers – to drivers on the Trucker Tools app. Best of all, the program is completely customizable to your brokerage’s goals. Whether you are looking to drive tracking compliance, receive PODs or incentivize digital bookings, you choose how drivers are rewarded. Motive ELD Partnership

We were thrilled to announce our new partnership with Motive, formerly Keep Truckin. We’ve consistently heard from customers that they are looking to combine the best of app tracking with strong ELD network visibility. This partnership allows brokers to do just that by making it easier than ever – just a single click – for carriers to connect their Motive ELD to the Trucker Tools visibility platform. This is the first of several one-click integrations we have in the works with major ELD providers, so be on the lookout for more. In the last 12 months, we’ve added 42 other new ELD providers to our broader network, as well, bringing our total number of ELD integrations to over 90 – and we’re not done yet!

Smart Negotiations

We’re also working on a number of exciting new features to take advantage of the continuous increase in activity we’re seeing on our platform. Within the next several weeks, we’ll be launching a new Smart Negotiations feature that automates rate negotiations with drivers and carriers. Smart Negotiations learns your preferences as a broker and uses machine learning to drive to a faster Book It Now® for the broker and the carrier or driver. 

Product innovation is at the heart of what we do at Trucker Tools, and these three launches are just the tip of the iceberg for our roadmap over the coming year. We are grateful to our customers, partners and teammates for driving change in the freight space and look forward to building together long into the future.
